Gel-ah-te

EJ just asked if we could go to "Gel-ah-te" for lunch. I believe this is a combination of two of her favorite words: Chipotle (aka, "The Beans and Rice Store"), and Gelato, as served at our favorite local cafe, Istria. If only they could be combined into one store, where customers could consume all their daily calories and all their weekly fat in one glorious meal.
